This Monday hits different — because caring for a newborn puts everything into perspective. Being a new dad means stepping up, not just in words but in actions. Eating better, training smarter, and protecting my health isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s essential.

We only get one life and one body. If I’m not looking after myself, I can’t show up fully for my baby or support my family the way they deserve. Setting a strong standard starts now — showing that health, discipline, and self-respect matter.

After the last 11 months of being a new dads, one thing has become crystal clear:

This space has been a huge part of our journey - filled with hard work, laughter and great results. Thank you to everyone who trained with us, supported us and followed us onto our new home.

But as one chapter closes, an exciting new one begins… ✨
