Warm-Up (5 min)
• March or jog in place – 1 min
• Bodyweight squats – 15 reps
• Arm circles + shoulder rolls – 1 min
• Hip openers – 1 min

Main Workout (3 Rounds)
• Squats – 12 reps
• Push-ups (knees or full) – 8–12 reps
• Reverse lunges – 10 reps each leg

💧 Drink a glass of water before coffee
After sleeping, your body is dehydrated. A glass of water kickstarts your metabolism, improves focus, and helps digestion before that first caffeine hit ☕

🌬️ Get some fresh air
Step outside for a few minutes – fresh air helps wake up the mind, boosts mood, and gets your body feeling ready to move 🌿

🚿 Have a hot shower
Let’s be honest… it’s dark, cold, and miserable out there ❄️
Cold showers are great for some people — but not for us 😅
A hot shower helps loosen stiff muscles, relax the body, and get you moving comfortably

Busy parents – this one’s for you 👊
No gym, no equipment, just 20 minutes you can smash at home while the kids are nearby.

(Stay at home and be clean and warm)

🏠 At-Home Bodyweight Workout

⏱️ Complete 3 rounds
Rest 30–60 seconds between exercises

1️⃣ Squats – 15 reps
👉 Keep your chest up, sit back through the heels

2️⃣ Press Ups – 10 reps
👉 Full press ups or drop to knees if needed

3️⃣ Reverse Lunges – 10 reps each leg
👉 Step back to protect the knees

4️⃣ Plank – 30 seconds
👉 Core tight, don’t let the hips drop

5️⃣ Glute Bridge – 15 reps
👉 Squeeze the glutes at the top

🔥 Finish with a light stretch and enjoy that post-workout energy boost!

New week. Fresh mindset. 💪✨

This Monday hits different — because caring for a newborn puts everything into perspective. Being a new dad means stepping up, not just in words but in actions. Eating better, training smarter, and protecting my health isn’t a “nice to have” — it’s essential.

We only get one life and one body. If I’m not looking after myself, I can’t show up fully for my baby or support my family the way they deserve. Setting a strong standard starts now — showing that health, discipline, and self-respect matter.

This is about energy, longevity, and leading by example. Because the best gift I can give my child is a present, healthy dad. 👶💙

After the last 11 months of being a new dads, one thing has become crystal clear:
⏱️ Time is limited
😴 Energy is unpredictable
🏋️‍♂️ Training has to be effective, not excessive

You don’t need 90-minute gym sessions to stay lean, strong, and confident. You need the right exercises, done with intent.
