Reformer Pilates is for everyone 🙋‍♀️💪🧘‍♀️

It was the original Pilates method and is amazing to help optimise athletic development, facilitate better mobility and encourage global stability and strength.

You should give it a go if you want to move better!

Off the back of a hugely successful pilot class last night, we are excited to say that Pilates X Barre is here to stay on a Monday night at 6.10 pm.

So, if you are looking for a lower body, low impact, abdominal focused class that doesn’t load your wrists too much, this is the place to be to kickstart the week off beautifully!

It was such fun and there was a lovely energy in the room from all the lovely people that turned out to support us and give feedback.

We are launching a new class at BCP because Wednesday night pilates is bursting at the seams and we want to be able to look after all of you lovely people!

⭐️ Monday at 6.10 pm - Pilates with a little Barre and Stretching too⭐️

It will be mainly a mat pilates class but have some components of Barre and a lovely stretch at the end.

We hope it will offer a little variety and change of pace, whilst very much being rooted in our pilates ethos!

We are running a complimentary trial of this session on Monday and there are two spaces left, so hop on our website and book your space now, we don’t expect them to hang around!
