Small bottle. Serious science.

The Nitrate 400 shot always delivers 400mg of dietary nitrate and has been independently used in over 300 published medical + sports performance research papers since 2009.

⛰️ That's a mountain of evidence highlighting how our optimal doses of nitrate can improve athletic performance. Read up on the science here: www.beet-it.com/pages/science 💡

The Beet It Organic Shot counts as 1 of your 5‑a‑day and helps regulate blood pressure (thanks to potassium‑rich beets).

It also boosts circulation because the natural nitrate in the shots converts to nitrite, then nitric oxide in the body, a vasodilator.

Made to support your body’s natural functions.

Balanced, sustainable progress > overhyped New Year resolutions ✅

As we welcome 2025, it’s easy to get caught up in the hype of big resolutions and lofty goals...

but real, lasting progress comes from a balanced and sustainable approach. Whether you’re training for a competition or looking to enhance your fitness routine, starting steady sets the stage for long-term success.

Drawing on insights from our Beet It Sport ambassadors across disciplines, here are 5 elite tactics to help you start the new year with focus and purpose:

1. Set Clear, Achievable Goals
Setting specific goals brings clarity and focus. Hyrox world champ, elite coach and athlete, Jade Skillen, emphasises the value of strategic training:
“It’s key to avoid scatter-gunning your training. You need to make calculated and educated decisions around your training to progress!”
Jade Skillen

2. Maintain Consistent and Dedicated Training
Consistent, focused training is key to progress. Muay Thai World Champion Liam “Lethal” Nolan shares: “Train hard every day; don’t let things distract you... you definitely have to be a bit selfish and prioritise yourself and your training to get to a high level in this sport.”
Liam Nolan

3. Prioritise Recovery and Nutrition
Effective recovery and proper nutrition are vital for sustained performance. Professional footballer Robby Dambrot highlights the benefits of our Beet It Sport shots:
“I have noticed serious improvements in my endurance since starting the beet shots. I have also noticed a huge difference in my ability to recover from training session to training session and match to match from the regen cherry shots.”
Robby Dambrot

4. Embrace Resilience and Adaptability
Overcoming challenges and adapting to new circumstances is a crucial part of athlete life, and we can all be sure that every one of us will need to adapt to unknown challenges in the year ahead. Take inspiration from endurance World Champion motorcycle racer Gino Rea, who made a remarkable comeback after a life-threatening crash, embodying resilience and determination in his athletic journey.
"no one expected me to be back on the bike that quick"
Gino Rea

5. Seek Inspiration and Learn from Role Models
Drawing inspiration from other successful athletes can provide valuable insights and motivation. Olympic rower,Teal Cohen shares:
“I remember watching the United States Women’s 8+ rowing team win both the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and thinking, 'I want to be like them.”
Teal Cohen

Backed by science and trusted by athletes globally, we’re here to empower your journey. Let’s make this your most balanced and rewarding year yet.

Stay steady, stay focused, and let’s tackle 2025 together,

We are very proud to introduce Olympian Deborah Kerr as our ambassador of the month! 🙌🏻

Deborah Kerr is a distinguished British canoeist making incredible strides in international competitions. Here's why she loves to use Beet It to support her achievements:

🔥 "Beet It has been part of my pre race routine since 2020 - I take a shot a day in the few days leading up to competition and then a couple the morning of racing.

💪🏻 My sport is all about the marginal gains, and I feel Beet It Sport gives me the edge by allowing me to push harder for longer. I also love that it’s just beetroot and nothing else!

🌟 And how convenient it is, it’s one less thing to think about on race day as I just chuck it in my bag in the morning."

Check out our recent Q&A with the brilliant Deborah Kerr: https://www.beet-it.com/blogs/ambassadors/deborah-kerr ❤️

Our Story

Beet It Sport is part of James White Drinks; a UK-based juice manufacturer that has been making fruit and vegetable juices for over 30 years.

We started bottling beetroot juice in 2005. In 2008 the William Harvey Research Institute used our beetroot juice as a natural source of dietary nitrate for blood pressure research. This led in 2009 to the University of Exeter using our Beet It juice for the first-ever human study into the benefits of dietary nitrate on exercise performance. They found that 3 days of dietary nitrate supplementation significantly reduced the oxygen cost of exercise by 5% and delayed the onset of fatigue by 16%.

Our Beet It Sport shots have become the gold standard for both the medical and sports performance research community (over 300 universities and research institutions worldwide) and the elite sports world (professional sports teams and individuals across the full spectrum of sports) as a natural source and controlled dose of dietary nitrate (400mg per 70ml shot).

All published studies that have used Beet It are completely independent (not funded by us) - thus the research is not subject to funding bias.
