💙 A massive congratulations to our Operations Manager, Jorge Ribeiro, who received a Commendation in the recent SNEE "Can Do" awards in the Unsung Hero category. Jorge has been instrumental in developing a transformative training programme for our staff, blending mandatory and innovative practices, which exceeds regulatory requirements, to ensure we all deliver exceptional care to our amazing clients. Jorge has also created a Carer Advancement Programme, nurturing internal talent for leadership positions and enhancing operational cohesion 💙

💙💙It is always amazing to receive compliments about the service we provide, especially when those comments come from fellow health and social care professionals. One of the Social Workers we are currently working closely with sent us this compliment today. The background to this is a very complex case with a lady who was not wanting to engage with personal care with family, eating a mixture of butter and sugar and unable to even make herself a cup of tea or even maintain her home. The Social Worker contacted our Registered Manager Amanda to send on her thanks to the carers as "they are clearly passionate about their customers and really do care and clearly are experienced in working with people with dementia.”💙💙
