That is why we train our carers to provide you with the best possible care, respect, sensitivity and compassion. Our one-to-one carers are highly skilled and trained to assist with a variety of tasks, from a few hours a day to full live-in care. This afternoon the Anglia Care offices were filled with laughter and cheer as we held a team bonding session - the Anglia Care Mini Olympics featured an exercise in collaboration and communication and strategy as 4 teams battled to win points in 4 challenges- tower building (with spaghetti and marshmallows), cup pong, hands free beaker stacking (using balloons) and designing paper planes, culminating in the best plane from each team being involved in a fly off and prizes presented to the overall winning team.
It was so lovely to see how everyone worked so well together, and to see them leave the office feeling re-energised! Well done to the entire team, thank you so much to you all for embracing the madness today!
