🥪 Happy National Sandwich Day! 🥪

Today we celebrated in the tastiest way possible! Our amazing Chef started bright and early at 6am, making delicious bacon sandwiches for the whole team — and they definitely hit the spot! 😋

Later on, our residents got creative and made their own sandwiches, which went down an absolute storm! 🥰👏

A big thank you to everyone who joined in — what a wonderful (and tasty!) way to start the day. ❤️

💪🪑 Armchair exercises with Gunni are always a hit! 😄

Our residents stretched, laughed, and got those muscles moving — all from the comfort of their chairs. 👏
And of course… what better way to finish off a workout than with a well-deserved slice of cake? 🍰💃

🎃 Halloween Tricks & Treats! 👻

What a spooktacular evening! We loved welcoming the local children and teenagers to share their trick-or-treating fun with us. Our three lovely ladies had an absolute blast seeing all the amazing costumes — from little witches to superheroes and everything in between! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️✨

With sweets and hot chocolate flowing, we hope everyone went home with plenty of treats (and maybe a few tricks too! 😉).

A big thank you to everyone within the community who stopped by and included our residents in your evening walk — you made their night truly special. 💜🍫☕

🍽️ Family Roast Dinner🥕🥔🥩

Nothing beats a proper roast dinner to bring everyone together! Residents and Relatives enjoyed a delicious roast with all the trimmings, crispy roast potatoes, fresh vegetables, lots of gravy followed by trifle and ice cream.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with good food, friendly faces, lots of laughter and the drinks were flowing.

We’ve certainly put her amazing organisation skills to good use.

🛍️☕ Snack shopping 101:

Step 1 – go to the shops.
Step 2 – “accidentally” end up at the coffee shop. 😄
Because let’s be honest… shopping for treats is hard work, and caffeine (and cake!) are essential fuel. 🍰😂

A couple of our lovely female residents joined in the laundry room t— and showed our team how it’s really done! 🧺✨
They shared some expert folding tips and plenty of laughs along the way. It’s always wonderful to see our residents taking pride in everyday tasks and passing along their wisdom. ❤️

🍝 World Pasta Day Fun! 🍝
Our residents cooked up a storm yesterday for World Pasta Day! 😄
Not entirely sure who was teaching who… but there were plenty of laughs, a few floury aprons, and lots of delicious pasta in the end! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
A fantastic cooking class enjoyed by all — buon appetito! 🇮🇹❤️
