T H E E N D !

So, new year, new month!! (February already!) 😮

I’ve been thinking for a while about how I can carry on fitting in my Gennanory stuff alongside everything else - Everything seems to get busier as kids get older somehow! - but the truth is I can’t!
So, I’ve finally made the decision that I need to stop.

It has been brilliant but it’s sooo hard trying to fit in events around work, homework, kids clubs, housework and the million and one other things that need to be done. There are other reasons too - I hurt my back last year so lifting the boxes is now much harder, plus there are now SO many other reps it’s super super hard competition wise!

I still LOVE the books, and I have loved being able to recommend books to kids to encourage them to read. I’ve loved helping schools to get free books for their classrooms and libraries. And I’ve loved being part of brilliant events supporting small businesses and helping them grow. I’ve met some great people along the way 🥰. And I’ll be forever grateful that this little venture has helped to pay for holidays and Christmasses for the kids - but now it’d just be nice to spend some time with them!

Aaaanyway, it’s time to stop (and get some space back in my house!) which means I’m selling all my remaining stock at 50% off (and more).

A D V E N T C A L E N D A R S

Just a handful of the these advent calendars left now for Christmas. The pieces are are all wrapped up in little envelopes with chocolate coins inside, one for each day of advent.
Build the ‘Nativity’ or ‘Night Before Christmas’ puzzle a piece at a time and open the book on Christmas Eve.

T H A T ‘ S M Y R O B I N !

Ooh! A Robin! My absolute favourite 😍

Whilst I have been working my ‘day job’ from home I’ve had a little Robin come and visit me in the garden every day ❤️
He (I have no idea if he’s a ‘he’!) takes berries from the bush or sits on the side of a plastic lid that one of the boys has left in the garden which has filled up with rain water and he has a drink or a wash.

Also a mention for my other little side hustle, I’ve made a fair few of these robins in my time! I have an event this weekend where I’ll be selling him, and some others. Check out - it’s going to be amazing!

It’s such an important message - shopping local not only means you get those lovely personal touches, but you’re also helping support a family
Now more than ever small businesses and independent retailers really need your support! So we’re asking you this Christmas to shop small and local where you can. And please shop early - no doubt our posties will be under even more pressure this year!
In light of last nights announcement about non-essential retailers having to close their doors for a month, I’m pledging to support as many small businesses as I can this year, and have tagged some of those, as well as some who have been a massive support to me this year, in this post.

It’s never to early to be organised, and these jigsaw puzzles make a super cute advent calendar. Reveal another piece of the puzzle each day and enjoy a cheeky chocolate coin too, and the final treat on Christmas Eve is a lovely story book

Last but not least! ... The final box is the Summer Activity box. This one, perfect for children of primary school age, will help pass some of the time during the summer holidays.

I’m so looking forward to taking part in the third virtual this weekend. This would have been our lovely summer event at Wherstead Park but social distancing guidelines means we are instead coming to you virtually again.
