RESULTS ARE IN 🥁
I am thrilled to announce that this week my 8 challengers lost 1 stone between them. That brings their total loss for my two-week Christmas In Control Challenge to 3 stone 9lb!!

WEEK ONE IN CONTROL ✨
11 of my clients have been taking part in my Christmas In Control challenge this week and have amazed me with their determination and enthusiasm to succeed.

Can’t believe I am sharing this.. The Mugcake’s are being discontinued.

These photos were taken 11 years ago whilst celebrating my friends 30th. In the months leading up to this event we'd had a really hard time.

After my wedding, I soon realised that nothing had changed. I had nothing to plan or look forward too & I hated my job. I was so over worked, under valued & under paid & one day, I snapped & quit! Not the best timing as our house was up for sale & we had nothing in place to move into. I found a temporary job & the house continued to sell. We got by, but the stress ate away at me & I definitely turned to food & alcohol.

Then on Christmas Eve despite being homeless we found out we were pregnant. Everything seemed more manageable. There was hope and promise. Our family & friends supported us & my job began to prosper, but sadly due to the stress & current condition of my body we lost our Evangeline 💫. Naturally you can imagine things got worse before they got better.

And that brings you to these photos. Trying to enjoy this wonderful time with my friends. Smiling through gritted teeth. Crying as nothing fits and hiding behind others.

Then on the tube we got some attention. Just for a moment I actually remember forgetting everything & I felt wanted. I hear some lads shout ‘Oi oi sexy ladies’ as we rode down the escalator. I turned & waved..to which I heard ‘Not you, you fat b*tch’.
As you can imagine my heart sank but me being me, put on that smile & let nothing ruin my friends birthday.

That very next day I went online & found The 1:1 Diet. I chatted to many consultants & found the right one for me. I knew I needed to do this diet NOW.

I went on to lose 3 stone in 2 months. I pushed harder than I ever thought possible. We finally bought a house & things started to look up. I still had another stone to lose but we took a much needed holiday. Upon returning we discovered we were 6 weeks pregnant & life has never been the same.

Christmas in control ✨
I have been thinking about the best way I can help you all in the run up to Christmas. I know it can be a stressful time for anyone, let alone if you are trying to lose weight. But I promise you that having a final push for the next two or three weeks will really help you have a guilt free Christmas and ensure you start the new year feeling confident and ready to go. The average person gains between 6-12 pounds during the festive period. If you can lose that before the festivities begin, you will be in a much better mindset and two steps ahead of the gain.

RESULTS ARE IN 🚀
My Back to School Blast has been in full swing this last week with 22 Dieters signing up for the challenge. After one week they have lost a combined total of 3stone 7lb. That is an average of 2.3lb each.
Most of the challengers are not new to the diet and that makes me even more proud of their results. Results tend to be higher in your first week of the diet, due to unwanted fluid and generally cutting back. So the fact, they have all either lost or stayed the same is amazing.

FACE TO FACE FRIDAY
When you are having a hard day in the heat and the scales aren't being kind. It is really good to take pictures to see just how far you have come.
