2026 - Some exciting things planned!

* 2025 we introduced chiropractic activator into clinic! After completing the certification; I now offer this amazing tool - great for manipulating those bones back into place!

* Coming soon - Electric Activator! Slightly stronger than the manual - fabulous on soft tissue issues!

* Pilates classes are back Mondays 6pm and 7pm St Mary and 6.15pm and 7.15pm (for Equestrians) !

* Look out for the Podology (foot care) offer coming soon! Only £30 to sort out corns, seed corns, toe nails, dead skin and calluses!

* Something VERY VERY exciting is coming March/ April - watch this space!

* Considering training in dry needling/ medical acupuncture; what do you think??? Yes or No???!!

Apologies to everybody who has had appointments cancelled this week. Saturday I went down with flu which completely knocked me out. I’m glad to be working my way through rebooking everybody.  But totally understand if you’d rather wait until next week to ensure that I’m definitely not contagious. It’s a horrible virus and genuinely would not want to share this with anybody. Horse Riders Alignment Workshop (including Thermoimaging)
Sat 3rd May 2025. 12-2pm.
Fri 9th May 6.30-8.30pm.
Creeting St Mary IP6.

Covering how your body affects the movement of your horse and how you can improve your connection. This will also give you the opportunity to get thermal images of your back and we will discuss how restrictions or imbalances would affect your Horses way of going.
This will be a very small group to give you individual and detailed feedback. Taught by Advanced Physical & Mctimoney Therapist/ Master Pilates & PT instructor.
