🧘‍♀️ Friday @ 9am - Nourish Yoga
What style are the classes?
Vinyasa Flow - link movement and breath, connecting mind and body while also building strength and energy (Suitable for beginners)
Deep Flow - faster paced practise with movements flowing from one to another pausing in certain places to allow you to explore poses deeper. Finishing with a long Shavasana.
Morning Tonic - Get the blood flowing and bring some awareness into your muscles and connective tissue with breath work, flowing movement, longer held postures and core work. (Suitable for beginners)
Nourish flow - a vinyasa style class winding you down from the week and preparing your for the weekend. (Suitable for all levels)
