🎶 Music, Magic, and Memories at Henley House! 🎶
There’s nothing quite like the sound of laughter and song to brighten up a Tuesday! We had a very special visit today as the wonderful Jo Jingles and a group of energetic little ones joined us for a morning of intergenerational musical fun.

Our residents were absolutely beaming as they joined the children in singing classic tunes and showing off their best dance moves! 💃🕺 From rhythmic instrument playing to heart-warming sing-alongs, the energy in the room was truly infectious.

✨ Road trip! 🚌

A lovely visit to our sister home, De Lucy House,

There’s nothing quite like the joy of making new friends! Yesterday, some of our wonderful residents took a trip over to visit our lovely sister home, De Lucy House, and it was an afternoon filled with smiles and shared stories. 🏠❤️

Our group received the warmest welcome from the De Lucy Resident Ambassadors, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We spent the morning catching up and comparing notes on life in our respective homes before sitting down to a delicious lunch together.

It’s moments like these—building bridges across our community and fostering new friendships—that remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive family of homes.

A huge thank you to the team and residents at De Lucy for being such incredible hosts. We can’t wait to return the favor and welcome you all to our neck of the woods very soon! 🤝✨

There’s nothing quite like a bit of sunshine to get the stories flowing! ☕️✨

Our residents at Henley House have been making the most of this beautiful weather, soaking up the rays and enjoying the fresh air in our garden.

But the highlight of the afternoon? The wonderful conversations. From childhood adventures to poignant moments of remembrance, there’s so much wisdom and history shared when friends gather together.

It’s these simple moments—good weather, great company, and a trip down memory lane—that make our community so special.

Hop into the bank holiday spirit! 🐰🌷

We had a wonderful afternoon at Henley House celebrating Easter with our amazing residents and their families. We were treated to some fantastic live music from the talented Jayne, which really got everyone’s toes tapping! 🎶

Of course, it wouldn’t be an Easter party without plenty of tea, delicious cakes, and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. 🍰☕️

A huge well done to all our raffle winners! Most importantly, a massive thank you to everyone who bought tickets and to all the family and friends who came along to celebrate with us. You made the day truly special.

🐰 Hopping into the Holiday Spirit! 🌸

The halls of Henley House have been filled with extra joy! We had a very special surprise visit from the Easter Bunny, bringing smiles, laughter, and a few sweet treats to our wonderful residents.

Between the bunny cuddles, our residents have been busy channeling their inner florists. They’ve spent the time creating stunning flower arrangements to brighten up our home for the big day tomorrow. There’s nothing quite like the scent of fresh blooms to get us ready for Spring!

🎉 Weekly Fun & Staying Strong! 🎉

Our residents at Henley House have just wrapped up a fantastic 6-week exercise programme with the brilliant Steve Morton! 🏋️‍♂️💪

This special series was all about building strength, balance, and confidence to help prevent falls. While the focus was on health and safety, you wouldn't know it from the room—there were smiles, laughter, and lots of fun every single week!

A massive thank you to Steve for being such a fantastic instructor and making fitness so enjoyable for everyone.

🎶 Music, smiles, and pure joy at Henley House this afternoon! 🎶

We had the absolutely amazing Gunni from Kiddleydivey visit our residents today, and what a treat it was! From the very first note, the room was filled with laughter, singing, and tapping toes.

It’s amazing how music can instantly lift spirits and bring everyone together. Gunni truly brightened up our afternoon and left everyone with massive smiles on their faces.

A huge thank you to Gunni for sharing your wonderful energy with us. We are already looking forward to the next session! 🌟🎹❤️

Laughter is the best medicine! ❤️🔴

We had a fantastic day at Henley House celebrating Red Nose Day! Our residents spent the morning getting creative in the kitchen, whipping up a batch of delicious (and very red!) cupcakes. 🧁

The highlight of the day was definitely our "Red Nose Gallery"—we had so much fun snapping photos of everyone sporting their iconic red noses. The smiles truly says it all! It’s days like these that remind us how much joy a little bit of silliness can bring.

Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped us raise a smile for a great cause!
