Looking through old baby photos with Myah the other night and we found these pics from maybe 2013/14 kinda time. Lots of teaching at some amazing festivals; Secret Garden, Shambala and in the hot pod at Wilderness on the hottest day ever! Looking forward to festival@season this year ☀️ 🙏🏽☀️

First yoga event of 2026! Back at The Sprat Shed ♥️ROOT♥️ a nourishing mid-winter evening of connection, asana, breath as we embrace all things Root Chakra! And a little chanting…come along, I’ll be making some vegan goodies and well@have tea at the end ♥️♥️♥️

🌙 YogaMan 🌙 resumes on Thursday 8th January at 7:35pm. It’s 55 mins of gentle mobility work, nothing too crazy, working through the hips and shoulders. Lots of rolling around on the floor, some standing and balance work which usually they all complain about! If you or a man in your life needs to move a little bit more then send them my way and I’ll do my best! It’s a lovely little crew and we’re looking for some newbies! 🙏🏽

Wondering about the Mysore style of learning Ashtanga and if it’s for you?? Then come and join me on Thursday 8th January for a little introduction. We’ll begin to learn the opening Sun Salutations and some of the closing sequence so you have a complete practice you can then work with at home and join the regular Mysore classes.

Set at the fabulous riverside location of The Sprat Shed we will move together as one breath and one body to a specially curated soundtrack mixed live. Savasana of course and also tea and vegan treats, plus a chance to moon gaze! It’s a special Friday night. On ZOOM - no need to leave the house. Join me for the Autumn season with a slight time change. Starting at 11:00 for 45 mins of gentle and mindful movement. Nothing too hectic and always a nice lie down at the end. Start the term off right! Booking available via my website 🙏🏽

Thursday night is YogaMan; are you a creaky man, maybe sit at a desk a lot, maybe do loads of running, maybe you’re just feeling like your body needs a bit of care and gentle stretching….then come along to YogaMan. It’s all about mobility, not crazy postures, and I’ll wrap you up in a blanket at the end and put a bolster under your knees so you can have a lovely little rest. So good for your mental health too. Class is from 7:35pm for an hour. Let me know if you’ve got any queries 🙏🏽

The abandonment of Savasana after the asana practice. Everyone was scattered around the room as we’d being working Urdhva Dhanurasana against the wall with blocks. Even managed to get .indie into class with the lure of backbends!

Flying into Wednesday, with a quick reality check back at this morning - 10am sold out but there’s a spot or two for the 11am gentle flowy class. Then we’re going to be getting ready for teaching at our next festival 🥳

Anyone else’s Insta gone weird and won’t let you choose the music you want….help!
