Feeling this right now, the need to step back, go inwards, take stock, reflect and rebuild.

It's so hard in today's hustle culture to be able to do this, the realities of the 9-5, the many expectations placed on us in the roles we hold, our own expectations of ourselves.

I'm yearning for a simpler life, a more considered life, a life rooted in the land and the people and practices that ground me and hold me in this way.

It's my birthday tomorrow and I felt drawn to pull a card. I was looking for guidance on whether I was on the right path, what the future held and what my journey might be going forward. This was such a clear sign for me... looking forward to future plans and how they unfold. ###

This is my perimenopausal, autumn of my years face reminding myself that I am going to approach this period of change with grace and curiosity... even if it did come out of no where, punch me in the face and then kick me when I was down!

Quick business update to let you know I've switched payment options from PayPal to Stripe.

I just feel like Stripe offers more payment options and makes the whole process of booking much easier.

So I've been working on a little website for the business, a place where you can find out more about reiki, more about me and what I offer and an extensive FAQ section for all your pre treatment questions. There are also links that will take you through to my booking page, which has further information and current availability.
