Had a wonderful afternoon with the residents of Maynell House Foxgrove and Maynell House Residential Homes FELIXSTOWE this afternoon Which lead to loads of laughter and exercising. Our FitWord topic was Colours and led to participants reminiscing.

A great energetic and informative morning with the brilliant residents of Maitland House . This mornings FitWord topic was shoes, which the residents picked a little while ago. Margaret gave an insight into being a cobbler as that was her uncles occupation.
