y experienced sports injury therapist, practicing since 2000 when I started the early part of my career with Nottingham Forest Football Club. I have worked for many sports clubs in the uk and abroad . Now I am currently working independently and specialise in treatment within in the following areas;

-Maintenance whilst training to avoid injury. Identifying stress areas within the body and muscles, to ensure no unnecessary damage is caused.

Having worked with an orthopedic consultant who specialised in sports injuries of professional athletes, I developed a desire during my nursing career, to train as a Sports Therapist. Initially trained in 2000 at the De Montfort University and I hold a international qualification. I now continue to be associated with the SMA (Sports Massage Association) I have further qualifications in medical acupuncture and spinal manipulation techniques.
