Roasted Veggie & Chickpea Bowls with Maple Dijon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

For the Bowls:

1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Every year, more than 700,000 people lose their lives to su***de โ€“ thatโ€™s one person every 40 seconds.

This yearโ€™s theme is โ€œChanging the Narrativeโ€ โ€“ challenging stigma, promoting hope, and reshaping how we talk about su***de and mental health. Even the smallest gestures โ€” a kind word, a simple check-in, or just being present โ€” can make a real difference.

๐Ÿ’› Itโ€™s okay not to be okay.
Taking that first step โ€” asking for help, sharing how you feel, or reaching out to someone else โ€” can begin the healing process.
