I have myself seen the benefit of coaching and have built coping strategies around mindfulness, exercise and a positive outlook. In my near 30-year career, I have always worked in people focused environments. My journey started in sales/customer service driven roles before entering the world of recruitment some 20 years ago. Recruitment is about getting the best from people and empowering them to
be the best version of themselves and to ultimately land the job they dream of. This only works when people trust you and as a natural empath, I have found that I have the ability to do just that. I feel that it is vitally important in a coaching setting to be able to empathise with the individual and have the approach of ‘walking a mile in their shoes’, and I have. I have personally seen the benefit of coaching and self-development and have built my own coping strategies around mindfulness, exercise and a positive outlook. Ultimately, I’m passionate about people and want to see everyone succeed in life and their careers.
