April: Stress awareness month, I’m here to support your child’s happiness and wellbeing.
This stress awareness month let’s not forget that children also feel stress and pressure. Small amounts of stress are not bad for us or our children, but allowing stress to build up will start to affect physical and emotional wellbeing.
Bowen therapy is an ideal hands on treatment for children. It is gentle, and supports deep relaxation enabling the body to apply physical and emotional balance.
Over the last decade I have supported many children with Bowen Technique. Parents have reported their children to be calmer, more focussed, able to manage anxiety better, have less muscle tension, and improved sleep patterns.
