Role Overview
We are currently recruiting Female Care Assistants to join our growing team across Colchester, Clacton, Tiptree, and Maldon. You will support clients with daily living tasks, ensuring they remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Assist with medication support
Help with meal preparation and nutrition
Offer companionship and emotional support
Support with light household duties
Promote independence and dignity at all times
Maintain accurate care records
Requirements
Must be a driver with access to your own car
Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
Good communication skills
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
Right to work in the UK
