Today I dished out a lovely pamper hour ONLINE VIA A WHATSAPP CALL 📞

Fabulous evening with these gorgeous ladies . Jess Trigg support group every Tuesday evening .

This week we took time for us 🧖🏼‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️
Had a little meditation, did some lovely breath work and finished with a Templespa luxury facial and the oh so soothing hot cloth moment .
We talked about gratitude and taking time to stop, pause & recharge 💃💃 because life gets so busy and we forget to hold space for just us 💆🏼‍♀️

If you’re looking for a group to join where you can sit and be yourself for a few hours , join Jess on a Tuesday from 6.30 at the Lateral on banks rd West Kirby .

Time for tea is a support group that holds space for you 🩷🩵 because sometimes we just need a brew & a chat 😌

Today I was asked what lights me up about what I do ?? My reply was this ……

Bringing people together to sit around my table, inviting them to relax with some self-love & indulge in some pampering, using my favourite products, that really do transport them somewhere else 😌🧖🏼‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️
Self-care & relaxation is heart led around my table 💝 watching woman take time for them brings me joy 💞, because we very rarely sit breath and just be in the moment 😌

My next wellbeing is being held in my home , you will be sat on a comfy couch in front of the log burner and we will spend 2 hours just sitting, pamper, relaxing and being in the moment 😌if this sounds like something your ready for drop me a line .
