And that’s us back home after a fabulous weekend on our Glastonbury retreat.
What a beautiful group of ladies to round off our year 🙏❤️
This weekend was incredible. To witness our ladies light up and ignite that fire within, all going home with new plans, intentions and love in their hearts.
This is my why.
The honour it is to hold space for other ladies, to allow them to share, to be held and to step into their power. And watch this transformation in only a few days fills me with joy ❤️🙏✨💫🌙💕

Filling my cup up during a magical week of connection and creativity with the lovely holding us at such a beautiful venue

Connecting with the sacred land of Avalon, blessings and prayers at the holy wells there’s such an abundance of healing and teachings in this sacred place.
I felt so inspired by our intuitive art sessions, that’s a regular practice I shall be bringing in 🙏❤️✨🌙

But what if it is the opposite?
What if it is the most powerful initiation a woman can walk through?

In shamanic traditions, this threshold was never seen as decay.
It was revered as the moment when a woman steps into her deepest wisdom, unbound by cycles of fertility, fully initiated into her role as elder, oracle, and keeper of truth.

Menopause is not a closing, it is an opening.
A gateway into sovereignty, vision, and freedom.
The time when the woman’s body no longer births children, but her spirit births prophecy.

✨ This is the forgotten initiation of our lineage.
It’s time we remember.
