It’s a day to hit pause and prioritize what makes you feel good mentally, physically, and emotionally.

If you were offering a suggestion to a friend, family member or colleague, on how they could celebrate this day and themselves, even for just 5 mins…. What would your suggestion be?

Mine would be, spend time preparing yourself a meal, something delicious, take the time to prepare the ingredients and make it with love and care.
