An opportunity for you to grab with both hands. 90 days to work on a healthier you.

What We Do…

Besides all the promises of weight loss, fat loss, strength gains, muscle mass, being fitter, improving athletic performance we want to dive into the process of how.

We want to show you how you can make it easy(ier) for you to improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

The gym, amount of steps you do, what meals you eat, how much you can lift, what workout trend you follow don’t define you and suddenly become your whole being.

You don’t have to tell everyone what you do. The magic is in just showing up for yourself, being supported, building your own confidence and being guided a long the way.

Team, we’re already a quarter of the way through the year, and I couldn’t be prouder of the effort, consistency, and energy you’ve all brought into the gym and the community as a whole.

The progress we’ve seen so far— strength PB’s, fat loss, creating better habits and a growing fitness family is a direct result of the effort you’re putting in and the support you give.

BUT we’re just getting started. With 75% of the year left, now is the time to double down. Keep showing up. Keep pushing through the tough days. Keep proving to yourself that you are capable of more. Effort and consistency will always win.

GOOD coaching isn’t spoon feeding or giving something blindly to follow.

Most people feel they need someone to kick them up the arse and make them do something when they really don’t want to. Someone stood at the side of you or in front of you shouting really isn’t what actually helps.

Coaching is a process suited to that one individual where you work TOGETHER and achieve an outcome often better than you ever thought imaginable at the start.

Most journeys start with a weight loss or a look goal.

A good coach will help you FEEL your very best. Yes, fat loss, weight loss and body composition but within that process will be the mindset wins, building of mental strength, increased confidence, increased happiness, improved relationships with food, developing a better understanding of yourself, more positive mental chatter. An overall feel good factor, REAL HEALTH!!

From a good coach it’s not training plans, meal plans and an amount of steps each day. It’s accountability, reassurance, support, education and experience, habit formation and behaviour change.

People need coaches to work with them, be specific to their situation, identifying what’s important then putting in place effective strategies that focus on the small, daily things. Life is not dictated by big decisions, what you do each day matters so don’t underestimate your daily decisions.

It’s been a fantastic February in terms of youth development and having some educational fun. More to come in March.

⚽️🎾🏀🏉🥊🥋⛳️🏏🤸‍♀️🤾🏽‍♂️🏌️‍♂️🏊‍♂️

My aim is to educate and empower these young individuals to embed an enjoyment and appreciation of health and fitness whilst developing their physical skills to improve athletic performance through fun and physical activities.

As a result, I hope to not only equip and develop them with the physical attributes required to remain involved in sport or fitness in the future but to encourage them to practice a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle to benefit their physical and emotional wellbeing.

The priority is always long term athletic development in terms of developing physical literacy to benefit athletic performance while educating the young athletes and, most importantly, having FUN.
