I believe understanding how your mind and body operate is a huge help in being able to choose how you live, instead of being driven by worry or anger or pain.
I’ve brought together, over 30 years, my foundation of physiotherapy, fascial release, CBT based approach mental health awareness, the developing understanding of neurology of anxiety and trauma, mind and body techniques to calm both mind and body, conflict resolution skills that allow me to connect first to myself and then to others in a respectful and loving way.
I aim to find the personalised, unique to you, mix of mini changes, that will start turning your life around towards where you want to go.
