Autumn Equinox Yin + Sound Bath

Join us for this late night, Candlelit Yin Workshop with Immersive Sound Bath by .kind.yoga as we honour the end of Summer’s fiery Yang Energy and transition towards the Quieter, Cooler Grounding Yin Season of Winter.

As we observe and encounter the season of change in nature across land we to can turn to our internal landscapes.

Pause with us in our unending cycle through the seasons as we take the opportunity to be still and take stock allowing the rhythm of sound to carry us in this beautiful transition.
