Despite previous communication, inappropriate parking at the Practice continues. This is preventing emergency staff and emergency vehicles from accessing the building and blocking vehicles. Do not park on pathways or obstruct access routes. You must use the overflow car park. If this issue persists, parking enforcement measures may be introduced.

CAN’T MAKE IT? DON’T NEED IT?

In the month of April we have had 68 patients miss their appointment without explanation or notice. This resulted in 16 hours and 20 mins of wasted appointments.

We do understand occasionally this cannot be helped, but please, if possible, let us know so that this appointment can be used for someone else.

Help us to help you! Missing appointments affect everyone.

Please note, If you fail to attend 3 appointments without notifying us, you may be removed from the practice list.

There has been a fire at Rivergate Shopping.

IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

Eglinton Family Practice will operate a limited service only from Wednesday, 14th January from 8.30am to 5.30pm inclusive.

This is to allow for an essential server upgrade installation. During this period there will be no advanced booking of appointments and limited computerised information will be available.

**We are also unable to order prescriptions at this time**

Patients requiring attention or advice should contact the surgery as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
