Now, we all know that mermaids don't wear shoes, unless, of course, some kind of magical shenanigans have taken place. But if they did, I'd imagine that these would be the shoes that they would be caught wearing during said shenanigans. Although, I've just scored these off Vinted, so hard luck Ariel! Snooze ya lose!

We also know that they only like to use clam shells to cover their modesty, but if they ever became self conscious about the amount of flesh on show, I'd imagine they'd be more than happy flouncing about in this feather ensemble! Not sure how it would fare underwater, though.....

I absolutely love this top. It's very Victorian Goth. Shall I get it?

Does this resonate with you? I think many of us have been here. We can be so used to chaos, juggling life, circumstances, people, commitments, that it becomes normal to us.

Then, out of nowhere, our days become calmer, more peaceful. We're not sure how to handle that. The peace. It's new to us. This time that gives us room to think. To breathe. To reflect. To see ourselves for what we are.

It can be uncomfortable at first. This new space. I've met people that constantly fill their lives with chaos in order to not experience any head space. They don't want to see themselves. They aren't quite ready for that.

Generally speaking, most folk don't like change. But we get used to it. We just keep at it until this new experience becomes the norm, and generally speaking, it all works out for the best....

Me: What age are you?
Patient: I've just told you my date of birth!
Me: (Giving the side-eye!) Just answer the question, please!
Patient: Okaaayyy.... I'm ...... (Can't be bothered to work it out! 🙈)
Me: Thank you! That part of the question was to see if you are confused! 🙈
