Thistle Help Thistle Help are mobility specialists based in Irvine and Crosshouse, Ayrshire. Thistle Help are committed to staff training on a continuous basis.

We supply a range of equipment including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs, riser recliners, adjustable beds, daily living aids and wide fitting footwear. Thistle Help Ltd was founded in 2007 by George Ruddick and Laura Hays in order to provide a comprehensive range of assisted living aids that truly reflects the needs of those who require support for care and mobility:

Based in Ayrshire, Thistle Help's premises include a spacious showroom with parking outside. Staff regularly attend courses to develop their skills in order to provide an even better service. Courses undertaken include Moving & Handling, Trusted Adviser, Managing Development and numerous sales courses.

Our Coffee Morning was a huge success to raise money for Ayrshire Hospice on Friday. We don't have a grand total raised yet as we are still running 3 raffles to go towards this. We had these on display on Friday at the coffee morning but there are still some numbers available to buy!

Our final prize is a 3 course meal for 4 at the Blue Restaurant at the The Park Hotel, Kilmarnock.

We have 40 numbers available at £5 a number. Please see below list of numbers still available.

Wow! Yesterday was such a brilliant day! The weather didnt put our customers, family and friends off coming to our coffee morning to raise money for Ayrshire Hospice. It was our best one yet and it was busy from 10am to 1pm. Thank you to everyone who supported the event in one way or another, we couldn't have done it without you 💜
We don't have a final total as donations are still coming in but at a rough count, we had raised over £1,500 yesterday. Over the moon with this amount! We still have 3 fabulous prizes up for grabs at £5 per ticket. Will post this info shortly 😁 if you won a raffle prizes, we will be in touch with you over the next few days.
