Our next 4 week course is Mondays from 12pm-1pm from 8th January.

We adapted the following poses for a gentle, therapeutic practice for you and your gorgeous little ones: baby tree, happy baby, prayer pose, swooping swan, mountain, cat/cow, tiger in the tree, locust, baby cobra, lotus, baby binding, velvet cloak, butterfly and cat's cradle. We also soothed your babies with gentle singing, scarves and then a mini sound bath. Lots of very relaxed babies (and mums too I hope). See you next week for the last session in our four week course 🙏👣💕

Baby Yoga Classes 🙏👣

Today was our second out of four sessions to share the benefits and techniques of baby yoga at Fullarton ConneXions in Irvine.

We made the class multi-sensory to delight the gorgeous babies with gentle stretches, a mini sound bath, colourful scarves, song and lots of positive touch.

Today's sequence balanced lying, sitting, standing and tummy postures and we incorporated some stretches for mums that the babies were delighted with (swooping swan and cat cow just above them). I look forward to sharing more baby yoga with you next Monday. Ange 🙏💕

Baby Yoga starts tomorrow at Fullarton ConneXions Irvine!!
I am so excited that 10 babies are signed up for our four week course on Baby Yoga!
Can't wait to meet you all at 12pm-1pm. You can park behind the church in the car park and we are in the Studio just when you come in the back door.
