POV: It’s a cold, quiet evening, the room is dim, soft sound is humming in the background, and you can finally feel yourself exhale. Here are my top tips to get that feeling back whenever you need it:

1. Slow the pace of your evening.
Not because you’re trying to “be calm,” but because moving slower helps your body drop the tension it’s been holding all day.

2. Turn down the noise.
You don’t need silence, just a softer, steadier atmosphere. A warm light or low sound shifts more than you think.

3. Give yourself one steady point of comfort.
A warm blanket, gentle breathwork, soft sound, or the kind of touch that softens tension before you even realise you were holding it.

4. Leave a minute where nothing is expected of you.
Not productive time. Not catch-up time. Just one moment that belongs completely to you.

These are the same elements we weave into every Noa session, the reason people leave feeling clearer, softer, and more grounded than when they arrived.

If you want that kind of evening this week, message us and we’ll help you pick the session that suits you best.

The pep talk you don’t want but probably need to hear as someone who keeps putting themselves last.

This isn’t the post you were looking for… but it might be the one that shifts something for you.

You can’t keep running on empty and expecting yourself to feel fine. You can’t pour energy into everyone else and act surprised when you’ve got nothing left. And you definitely can’t wait for “when things calm down” because life rarely gives you that moment.

At some point, you have to make space for yourself on purpose.

For some people, that looks like an hour in a soundbath where they finally stop carrying the day. For others, it’s breathwork, a reset they didn’t realise they needed until the room went quiet. For some, it’s choosing a gentle ASMR massage instead of fighting through the week feeling tight, wired, or overstimulated.

Whatever you choose, the truth is the same:
you deserve a place where your body can soften and your mind can slow down.

If this hit a little close to home, don’t ignore it.
Save it for the days you forget yourself again or join us and let the calm come sooner.

Next sessions are open. Message if you want to talk through what might help you most.

The only 2 things you need this week to feel a little lighter and a little more yourself.

We all make things harder than they need to be. So here’s a more realistic way to look at your week- nothing dramatic, nothing you need to psych yourself up for, just two small things that actually help you feel more grounded:

1. A moment that’s just yours.
Not productive. Not rushed. Just a few minutes where you’re not carrying anything or anyone. Your mind deserves the same pause you give everyone else.

2. Something that lets your body soften.
Maybe that’s lying down in a soundbath, breathing in a way that brings you back into yourself, or letting slow, gentle touch take the tension out of your shoulders.
You don’t have to push through every week, your body responds to small, quiet care more than you realise.

If you want to make this week feel easier, calmer, or simply less heavy, these two things are enough.

Save this for later and tell me which one you’re trying first or message if you want help choosing something that fits where you’re at.

POV: You’re someone who’s finally ready to stop feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected… and you find Noa.

Imagine it’s this time next year and you’ve already given yourself the calm you keep promising you’ll make space for. Not the “when life slows down” kind — the kind that genuinely changes how you move through your week.

Maybe you booked your first soundbath and felt what an hour of true quiet can do.
Maybe you tried breathwork and noticed your whole body soften for the first time in months.
Maybe you let yourself enjoy gentle ASMR touch instead of pushing through another stressful week.

Whatever your version of calm looks like, it’s closer than you think.

If you want 2026 to feel lighter and more manageable, you don’t need a full lifestyle reset — you just need somewhere that helps you get there.

We can help you start.

If you’re curious or want to join the next session, send a message and we’ll guide you through it.

To anyone who’s been running on empty for longer than they admit… this might be for you.

Ever get that feeling that you’ve been moving through life on autopilot?
You’re doing everything you need to do, showing up for everyone who needs you… but you can’t remember the last time you felt properly grounded.

I think a lot of people don’t realise how long they’ve been carrying tension until they finally slow down. Sometimes it’s not burnout. Sometimes it’s just… no one has given you the space to breathe, soften, or switch off in weeks.

That’s why we created Noa, not to ‘fix’ you, but to give you a place where your body can finally stop bracing and start recovering.

Whether it’s a soundbath, ASMR massage, breathwork session or a quiet workshop… each one is designed to give you something you don’t always give yourself:

Space.
Presence.
A moment where you’re not the strong one, just a human who deserves rest.

If this feels like it landed somewhere in you, maybe it’s your sign to make time for yourself again.

Message to book, or save this if you need the reminder for later.

Most people don’t realise why lying down in a soundbath feels so different from sitting in a meditation class.

It’s because lying down tells your brain you’re safe.
If you weren’t, your body wouldn’t let you rest that deeply.

When your spine is fully supported and your eyes are closed, your brain stops scanning the room for danger.
Your shoulders drop.
Your muscles stop bracing.
The sound then travels through your body without resistance.

Calm becomes something your body allows, not something you have to “achieve.”

It’s one of the gentlest ways to reset your system.

Our soundbath sessions aren't just lying on cold, hard yoga mats or floors. It's thick, cosy, soft mats designed to help you relax the moment you settle onto them.

Sessions run every Sunday and Tuesday, 7pm, DM to book your spot x

You can feel different in 60 seconds.

Most people don’t realise how quickly the body responds to the way you breathe.
Change the pace, and the body follows. Slow down the exhale, and everything softens with it.

It isn’t dramatic. It isn’t complicated. It’s small, steady shifts that create space.

In every soundbath session, we begin with guided breathwork for one reason - it prepares you to actually receive rest.
Your shoulders lower.
Your thoughts quiet.
Your body stops trying to rush.

And for anyone who wants to go deeper, we also offer private breathwork sessions and extended add-ons before your soundbath.

Some people choose it because they’ve been overwhelmed. Some because they haven’t slowed down in months. Some because they want to finally feel present again.

Whatever your reason, it’s one of the simplest tools you can give yourself.
If you’d like to try a session, message to book a space.

We created what we couldn't find when we needed deep rest & relaxation

Did a breathwork session with my mentor this morning.
Then I journaled.
Walked by the sea.
Nothing big. Nothing fancy.

Just quiet moments that helped my system steady.
And I thought this is it!
This is the kind of space we needed but couldn’t find.
So we created it.

A place for slow rest.
For nervous systems that have been stuck in go-mode.
For women who don’t want fixing but need a space so they can feel safe in their own body again.

We don’t rush.
We don’t hype.
We don’t do surface-level calm.

Just breath, sound, light touch, and deep quiet that reaches parts of you your mind’s been trying to solve.

Noa is simple.
But it’s powerful.
Because so are you.

Most massages focus on pressure.
ASMR massage focuses on sensation.

Your skin has tiny, specialised fibres that only respond to slow, gentle movement.
When they’re activated, they send signals into the areas of the brain that recognise comfort, softness, and emotional ease.

It’s a different pathway than the one used during deep pressure.
Which is why slow touch feels soothing in a completely different way.

Not heavy. Not forceful. Just steady, quiet contact that lets the body unwind without effort.

For people who feel overstimulated or running on empty, soft touch can feel like a release. It doesn’t ask the body to work. It simply gives it room to settle.

If you’ve been carrying tension or feeling overloaded, this kind of treatment can make everything feel a little lighter.

Some things calm the mind.
Breathwork calms the whole system.

It’s one of the only ways you can communicate with your nervous system without using words.
A long exhale tells the body it can stop bracing.
A deep belly breath signals safety.
Breathing through the nose steadies heart rate, focus, and temperature.

Nothing else works this directly.
Nothing else shifts the body this quickly.

This is why we begin every soundbath with breathwork.
It prepares your system to receive the sound, so the deeper calm can actually reach you.

We also offer private breathwork sessions, and longer add-ons before your soundbath if you want more time to ground.
For some people, these few extra minutes make the difference between “I feel relaxed” and “I feel reset.”

If breathwork is something you’d like to explore more deeply, you’re welcome any time. DM to book a spot or find out more x

A soundbath doesn’t work because it’s “relaxing.”
It works because your body responds to vibration in a way your thoughts can’t block.

Here’s what actually happens:

Low-frequency sound slows your heart rate.
Long tones pull your breathing into a steadier rhythm without effort.
Your nervous system shifts out of fight-or-flight because the vibration signals safety faster than your brain can.

It’s physical before it’s emotional.
That’s why people feel grounded even if their mind was busy when they came in.

If you’ve been feeling wired, restless, or overstimulated, this kind of sound can help your system quieten in a way talking or thinking sometimes can’t.

We have sessions every Sunday and Tuesday at 7pm or check our pinned November schedule for dates x
