Here at Blades we aim to provide a beautiful service for your loved one whilst keeping the cost low.
We offer a parlour service in our modern and tasteful chapel with a direct cremation for £1600.
Family will have a full choice of music for the service and have the choice of times and dates. We aim to make it personal and fitting for the individual.
The Cremation will take place at Holmsford Bridge afterwards which is included in this price.

Come along to the Blades and son's funeral parlour for our Christmas service at 1.30pm on the 19th December 2025. The service will be conducted held by celebrant Mandy Mitchell and there will be tea, coffee and sweet treats for our guests...

It is with great sadness that we announce the funeral arrangements for Gordon Carrie from Irvine.
Gordon passed away on 22nd November 2025 aged 70.
There will be a funeral service held at Holmsford bridge crematorium on the 11th December at 2.30pm, to which all family and friends are welcome.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Gordon's family at this time.

Garry passed away on the 9th November 2025 in crosshouse hospital at the age of 65.
There will be a funeral service on Friday 28th November 2025 at 12.30pm at Holmsford Bridge crematorium.
