Welcome to Isle of Mull Yoga, passionate about all things yogic! Join us for regular classes, workshops and retreats on beautiful Mull and Iona.

I first studied yoga in Japan in 1994 and have been practising ever since. I graduated as Yoga Teacher and Master of Yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Nassau, Bahamas, having previously practised under the tutelage of the British Wheel of Yoga and the Satyananda Centre in London. My teaching style encompasses all my experience with an emphasis on Pranayama and relaxation. Come and practise yoga and meditation on the beautiful Isles of Mull and Iona in the Inner Hebrides. Isle of Mull Yoga offers yoga holidays, weekend retreats, workshops and local weekly classes for everyone, young and old, beginners and experienced. My family have been on Mull for over 25 years. Having an intimate knowledge of the area, I can provide information and help to arrange local walks, visits to places of interest, boat trips and specialist activities.

Beautiful afternoon on the Ross of Mull , the calm after Storm Darragh. Well, it’s been ages since my last post so here’s a reminder of this spectacular island… and views over to the sacred Isle of Iona 🧘‍♀️ Isle of Mull Yoga is running a variety of retreats in 2025. I’ll post details this week.
