YOGA WITH EASE AND GRACE Classes
We all want to be fit , feel well and access are inner peace. We will be working on alignment through the body using Anusara techniques. We have all created habits in the body that feel normal but are causing wear and tear on the body systems, some muscles over working, some not working very much, causing the bones and joints to be pulled out of there natural positions, over time this will create discomfort ,pain and injuries. Your body is working hard to hold it all together, with the right alignment the body is restored. Over time , muscles strengthen working efficiently and we balance this with flexibility. Keeping fluidity in the body and mind.
So what ever your situation, including serious athletes there are benefits for you.
On a spiritual level we will be Blossoming into the Heart Space, claiming our inner peace your true position in the heart of your authentic being. Every practice gives us the experience of the heart space, as we lose our minds and come to our senses. The inward journey from the head to the heart happens spontaneously with a little assistance form the breath and the yoga asanas.
Over time we become grounded and whole in the heart, everything still functions on the physical plane , all emotions are still valid ,all expressions the play of grace. We are no longer torn apart by life's storms rather knowing that all comes and goes and our Heart self stays in the fullness and emptiness of being, ever content,full of the love that you already our.
Classes are open to all abilities, we all work at our own level and I give variations on each asana as we practice.
Every time we practice there is a remarkable recovery happening in the body, students say they feel calmer, balanced , better able to cope. The body gets stronger ,toned and flexibility is increased. Who doesn't want to feel better ,whole hearted, enjoying life .

All classes are £6 pay as you come , so no expensive outlay paying for classes you might not be able to get to or want to continue with.
I have spare mats ,blankets and blocks so come along in comfy clothes and give it a go .
