Dinner tonight was the Peanut Butter Chicken from the Slimming World app and it was absolutely delicious 😍🍜. I added extra speed free veg and served it with noodles for a twist on pasta. I also swapped out traditional peanut butter for PPB powder to lower the swips to just 1 per serving. So full of flavour and such an easy one to put together! A member told us all about how they’d tried it this week.
That’s just ONE of the great things about Slimming world groups is hearing what recipes everyone has been loving that week. Members are always sharing their favourites, and it gives me so much inspiration for meal planning and trying new meals. It’s a great reminder that slimming-friendly food never has to be boring!
This one is definitely going on the regular meal rotation 🙌.
