I remember my first time at Slimming World, I couldn't believe what they were saying either.....but yes you can! Having lost 3 stone with this lifestyle and maintained it for over 10 years I know it definitely works. ❤️❤️

The pic on the left made me realise I needed to do something. The pic on the right is me wearing the dress that made me cry with delight in the changing rooms 😁! What a difference between the two. Straight in from a fab group this morning. Talking about all those delicious free and filling foods got me thinking🤔. What to have for lunch? Lucky for me I picked up this fantastic Cauliflower Mac'n cheese at Iceland yesterday.🏆🏆🏆 Its super tasty, filling and ready in no time.
