Baby yoga is coming back! This is a great way to bond with your baby while making time for yourself again post-birth. As much as possible we focus on the adults in the room with a gentle yoga practice and lovely long savasana, but babies being babies sometimes we have to stop all of that and have a little sing song. You and your baby will need to have had your 6 week postnatal check up, and it's best to try out before your baby is too active - so before the crawling/bum shuffling stage.
If you're concerned that you have a 'crier' and feel your little one will be too disruptive, please don't worry. My kids were not model infants and I generally spent 'relaxation time' standing up and quietly rocking my baby while everyone else was lying on the floor. We make it work for each individual.
