Weekly yoga classes in Isleworth and Osterley.

I've been teaching a Monday morning class for about 8 years and been so lucky to have a fabulous group of students find me and practice with me week in week out. When we had to move on from our lovely room overlooking a cricket field, they stayed with me while we moved around trying to find a new, permanent space. We found it! This morning was our first class at the beautiful studio and it was AMAZING. Such a gorgeous space, exactly what Isleworth needs, and I'll be teaching yoga there every Monday at 10.15am. Huge thanks to Laura for letting this happen! And if you haven't tried her barre classes yet I can't recommend them enough ❤️

I taught my final public class of 2025 today so wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone to has practiced with me this year. Whether you come to 'my' classes or , or are one of the regulars , .margaretsgym and I really appreciate you rolling out your mat with me!

November already...I love this time of year but things can get pretty busy between now and 31st December! If you need to find your calm, come and practice with me on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings . We'd love to see you ❤️

If you also like the idea of yoga in your living room, I offer private sessions! These are a great way of fitting yoga in a busy schedule, or building confidence or understanding of your body before attending a group practice.

I also have corporate offerings, which I love- it's so satisfying to see a group of stressed out people move, relax, challenge themselves and de-stress in the space of one hour!

Plus of course there are our usual Monday morning and Thursday evening classes. Message me if you'd like to know more about any of these x

The dog and I are home again :) and looking forward to all classes being back to normal next week! Wycombe House and Sky on Mondays, baby yoga on Wednesdays and St John's on Thursdays. Would love to see you there!

Also some dates for your diary - the next two Saturday morning two hour sessions will be 11th May and 15th June so do let me know if you're interested and I'll add your name to the list.

Our next two hour workshop is coming up! This one will focus on shoulders and spine and as ever is suitable for everyone except absolute beginners. It's £22 with discounts available, just message me to find out more. Workshops must be booked in advance (so I can make sure I have enough equipment!)

Baby yoga is one of my favourite hours of the week ❤️

It's a really lovely way for a new parent to make time for themselves while bonding with their baby. As much as possible I focus on the adults in the room and go through a gentle practice, but of course the babies are involved the whole way through, from playing peekaboo in cat/cow to just needing a cuddle sometimes!

We meet 12.30-1.15pm each Wednesday in St Margarets and the first class is free. Message me for more info!

A week Saturday! Come along for a two hour practice where we can delve a bit deeper into some 'fun' postures 🤪 and then make time for pranayama and savasana.

Cost is £22 but discounts are available if January and the cost of living is really biting. Your place does need to be booked in advance.
