INVERSION THERAPY AFTER COVID. The lockdowns over the past two years have had a big impact on health services including bodywork such as Inversion Therapy. During this time I, Paul Terrell, took the opportunity to review the way forward after 30 years of visiting clinics all over the world , teaching and developing IT. I am offering IT sessions still in East Sussex and runing training courses for Ball Inversion Therapy. There is also a book on the horizon covering not only the therapeutic side of inversion but also its appearance in art, theatre, mythology and the esoteric. Inversion Therapy has been my mission since 1993 so next year is the 30th anniversary of its founding. I am so glad for the peace created by the lockdowns. I let my therapy practice dissolve as much of it was in countries I could not get to and have been giving sessions now and again when people ask. This is a great change in my life after 29 years of IT and 26,000 sessions. Like many people I have been able to enjoy other activities and develop other projects due to this great gift of available time. My work with Inversion Therapy will continue in the same way with training therapists in Ball Inversion Therapy and writing but my involvement with Spirit Fest Television (www.spiritfest.tv) has launched me into film production, videography and editing. It is enormous fun and I am getting better at it with every film. The other project that just keeps on going is Spirit Fest UK (www.spiritfestuk.org). This year we are on a new site in Sussex. SPIRIT FEST 2021 IS HAPPENING!!! 26th August to 1st September near Guildford. This year in partnership with Sun and Moon Festival. We are ecstatic to be able to share the love again this year. Tickets and info available now from the web site, www.spiritfestuk.org. The program will be posted here and on the web site soon. There will be the usual mix of yoga, dance, healing circle, chill, bajans, veg/vegan food, childrens activities, art and a music program to live for. See you there. The new Holistic Health Centre in Rye will soon open offering a wide range of health services from bodywork to psychotherapies. Initially we will focus on helping people with Covid related challenges such as long Covid, secondary symptoms, depression and anxiety. We will offer movement, stretch and yoga, sound healing, sound journeys, non invasive acupuncture, inversion therapy, coaching and more.
