Wednesday already! And what a wonderful week we are having! This week has seen us welcome many new patients. People seem to have travelled from lots of places, including Ealing, Sheppards Bush, Northwood, Bracknell and High Wycombe, to name some.

We were grateful to hear that each of these patients came to see us as they had been strongly recommended to see us. In many of these cases, the people who came to see us had already consulted a number of practitioners and had some complex issues that required a global holistic approach. It was lovely to see the response from these patients- not only did they find our approach refreshing, but also to see how effective hands-on treatment was. It was lovely to witness them getting off the treatment couch and really feeling lighter and easier in their movements. To actually feel the changes made.

A Wednesday just full of gratitude for all the people we are privileged to help and to all our incredible patients who recommend us!

We wanted to give massive shout-out to all the parents we have seen this week, who have managed to come in for their appointments during half term.

Prioritising yourself as a parent can be tricky during the holidays - life can feel more hectic than normal. It's been so lovely to see how many have come in just before a big day out with the kids or in between working and quality time with the children.

It can be difficult to put yourself first. So we totally get how big a deal this is! We hope we have played a small part in making the most of time off and have helped you feel better to enjoy quality time with those precious beings. X

Our lead practitioner has extensive experience treating musicians. From early in her career working with graduating music students to working with members of prestigious orchestras to more recently working with many RAF musicians and everyone from people playing in bands, music teachers and of course budding music enthusiasts.

Our clinic prides itself on supporting musicians and approaching them with the same expertise that our athletes enjoy. The hours of work that goes into creating those moments of magical music places physical demands on the body- we understand this and provide care in clinic, with hands on treatment and providing rehab and postural advice to support our amazing musicians.

She specialises in routine chiropody, nail surgery, verruca treatments, and ingrowing toenails, alongside a wide range of additional treatments. Her commitment to ongoing professional development through various post-graduation courses enhances her skills and ensures the highest standard of care. Simran prides herself on being friendly and approachable, ready to help you achieve optimal foot health! With the holidays coming to an end soon, it may be worth getting our younger patients in to help support their growth. Growing pains are what we often see, but we also see lots of achy and sore neck and shoulders from phone use ir gaming. It's been lovely seeing some of our younger patients in this summer for check overs.
