Blue Monday and the body: the link between mood and musculoskeletal health.

Low mood, stress and emotional load do not just affect how we feel mentally. They influence how we move, breathe and hold tension in our bodies.

When emotional stress is high, we often see increased muscle tension, shallow breathing, altered posture and reduced movement confidence. Over time, this can contribute to neck and back pain, headaches, jaw tension, fatigue and a general sense of being out of balance.
