SUITABLE FOR ALL 🫶🏼

Lots of people often say to me ‘That looks too hard’, ‘I couldn’t do that’ and ‘Do you need to be advanced?’ and the answer is absolutely not. Don’t get me wrong this machine can be bloody hard work! But I adapt exercises depending on experience, strength and flexibility to ensure everyone feels they are getting a safe and effective workout. Lots of people are apprehensive when they first get on the machine as they get used to what everything does and how the machine moves, but that’s why I’m here to guide you through everything from start to finish so you feel confident and are pushed within your own ability. So whether you are a complete beginner or total pro…this machine has something for you!

MEET RACHEL 👋🏻

Hi! I’m Rachel, founder of Pureform Pilates 🖤

I studied dance at where I started my Pilates journey taking weekly classes to support my dance training 🩰

After graduating I was a dancer and character performer 🏰

I returned to the UK and continued to perform in London but also began teaching a variety of fitness classes and became a PT qualifying with 🏋🏻‍♀️

Alongside my fitness classes and personal training, I was a contemporary dance teacher at the amazing .academy.dance where I was also lucky enough to take my mat Pilates qualification 🧘🏻‍♀️

I began teaching mat Pilates 9 years ago and most recently I have completed my reformer qualifation with and the incredible 🔥

I am very lucky to have the most wonderful Pilates community in my group classes as well as fantastic one to one clients 🙏🏻

My private studio has had a revamp ready for 2024 and I’m excited to see what’s ahead for 🤍
