Hours at a desk, phone posture and stress all add up in the neck and shoulders. Neck pain isn’t something to “just live with” — it’s a sign that your body needs real support.
Emotionally and physically we "hold" alot in the neck and shoulder area, often building gradually. We often have patients who didn't realise how much their body had been stuck until they get off our treatment couch after treatment.
