My role and how I can help you.

I am Jessica Shipp, Ivybridge Community Connector, working for South Hams CVS (Community and Voluntary Sector). My role has two remits.

The first is to help people identity non-medical areas of their life that may be affecting their health and quality of life (e.g. feeling alone or stressed). If you want to change or improve your health or help identity any issues then do get in touch. I can help with a wide range of things. Some of these include:

· Hobbies, exercise, spending time outdoors, healthy lifestyle, arts and music

· Housing, benefits, debt, financial support and help
