ℹ️We are currently seeking the right candidate for a role within our friendly team, supporting 3 fantastic young people with learning disabilities and autism living in a shared house in Ivybridge.

🏃‍➡️🧑‍🎨Interests of the guys include arts and crafts, music, lego construction, buses, plane spotting, sailing, swimming, jazzercize & cycling, so if you are creative and active and want to assist with their continued personal development, then this could be the job for you!

🕧This is a full-time role and will include some sleep in duties.

⭐We offer competitive rates of pay and understand the importance of a good work-life balance. We are seeking drivers to enable the people we support to get out an about in their own vehicles.

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our “Connected” Day Opportunities team. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and creative individual to join us in the capacity of Session Leader. This role will encompass supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism within our training and development hubs, situated in Plymouth and Bittaford, (near Ivybridge).

🤩Our Connected projects provide a wide range of group based personal and social development “Day Opportunities”, covering life skills, creative workshops, health & fitness sessions and work-based training.

⭐As a Session Leader, you will be responsible for running group sessions, supporting up to 5 people within each activity. The role may also include individual support for those with a 1:1 need.
You will act as a mentor and positive role model for the people we support, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role and helping to create a positive and fun learning environment.

😊You will ideally have experience and knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, however, we don’t believe that experience is everything, so if you have a positive attitude, a natural ability to get along with others and a desire to assist people to live their best life and be active citizens in their community, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a care and support worker to join our amazing teams, supporting people living in their own homes within the Plymouth area. This role would involve working some weekend shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts during the week. Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism is desirable but not essential as full training and support is provided, so if you’re new to care we’d still love to hear from you!

As the people we’re supporting have their own car you will need to be a driver with a full licence and able to drive a motability vehicle in the UK.

We are seeking a caring, reliable and motivated person to join our friendly team to support an autistic gentleman living in his own home in Ashburton. This role may also include the option of additional cover within our Ivybridge based team for those seeking some additional hours.

This position will primarily involve providing support on alternate weekends, including sleep ins, assisting the gentleman in his own home and with getting out and about. His interests include arts and crafts, music, swimming and Dr Who – so if you are creative and active and want to assist with his continued personal development, then this could be the job for you!

Please note that you will need a full UK driving licence as the gentleman owns a vehicle.

👀 We are currently seeking an organised, confident, passionate and caring individual to lead a small team currently supporting 5 gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism living in their own individual homes in the Plymouth area.

⭐ You will work as part of our friendly leadership team to facilitate the completion of regular audits, staff supervisions, training, support with rota management, documentation reviews and updates, and liaising with families and professionals. This role may also include hands on support within the team.

⭐As a Team Leader with eLIVEate, professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Your role will entail planning and implementing the kind of care and support that will provide a real sense of security, dignity, and independence for the people we support.

⭐ Leadership experience is preferred, but what is essential is a positive attitude, resilience, and a natural ability to get along with others, and a desire to assist the people we support to live their best life and be active citizens in their community.

⭐ We will consider full time and part time applications as this role can include support hours to enable a full-time position or be facilitated as a part time role based on 2-3 days of management time a week only. A flexible approach to working hours is needed in order to meet our operational needs, but the same consideration will be given by ourselves in order to support with any personal needs and to ensure a good work-life balance.

Due to the needs and preferences of the individuals concerned, we’re only recruiting male staff members for this role. Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism is desirable but not essential as full training and support is provided, so if you’re new to care we’d still love to hear from you!
