Welcome to the ‘coffee walk’ at South Hams Counselling….. what is it you might ask? Sometimes all we need is a simple walk in nature and a coffee with someone to talk to! Therapy isn’t restricted to a room, nature has a way of creating somewhere different! I am now offering these sessions as a short term approach incorporating a coffee or tea if preferred on Dartmoor! More details to follow including a short video to share elements of this way of working

A few photos from a therapy walk at Harford this morning! The views were spectacular….. sometimes a therapy walk can be all about mindfulness and taking the opportunity to switch off for an hour and immerse yourself in the surroundings!
