A few photos from a therapy walk at Harford this morning! The views were spectacular….. sometimes a therapy walk can be all about mindfulness and taking the opportunity to switch off for an hour and immerse yourself in the surroundings! Yesterday I visited Stonehenge. Over 4000 years old it’s believed it may have been a calendar that captures the longest day and shortest day through the arches. I took a moment and thought about how ever tough life can be the sun will always rise each day! It’s important to have a special place that you can take your mind to and escape for a moment or two.
