Ladies, meet Leanne who will be our guest speaker at our next Ivybridge LLTW networking event, here is a little about this amazing lady.
Leanne started her first business in 1992. Creating her second business in 2011
whilst taking the decision to leave a difficult and emotional marriage, her third in 2018, whilst also being informed she had a brain tumour and her fourth, Moving Mind Matters in August 2019, three of which are still operational. Leanne feels resilience in business, and life, is key!
“Using my Qualifications in coaching, counselling, teaching and NLP I’ve gone back to my coaching and training roots. Throughout my varied career I have acquired top achievement and retention rates in teaching, assisted over 350 people into employment through effective training and coaching and offered Leadership, Management and Development Training to key organisations in both the Midlands and the South West and worked 1:1 with the mental health issues behind hoarding.”
When Leanne became ill, she describes how she “downloaded” herself from her
business and was struggling to slot herself back in, referring to her business as her conjoined twin! After coming to terms with having a matter in her mind which cannot be moved, a small brain tumour, a meningioma, she has decided to empower people to move matters in their minds they can move and to help them separate their lives and their business, amongst other things!
“I realised that the one thing I had always done is supported others in their lives or
businesses, through coaching, tutoring, advice and guidance, business workshops or even working in other people’s businesses ‘cleaning up’ their processes and thought patterns to create new ideas and growth, and all as a side hustle.” Leanne said.
“One thing remains constant and that is growing someone’s mind to accept all
possibilities, to gain confidence first, to conquer limiting beliefs and then to
feel the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset”
