Laura offers classes for all abilities in Vinyasa flow in Ivybridge and the surrounding area. I provide group yoga classes based out of the Erme School in Ivybridge, Devon

Yoga starting at The Erme Primary school this coming Thursday (15th September) 7.30 - 8.45pm.

The sessions are vinyasa flow based with a focus on building strength, mobility, whilst learning some useful relaxation techniques to aid sleep and alleviate stress.

We are a small, friendly, welcoming group of individuals with varying abilities and of ages.

If want to try a session for free to see if it’s for you then just message.

I have over 20 years of teaching experience and each class is theme based and the movement varies week to week.

£7 for a drop in or £35 for 6 sessions.
