‼️ HYROX LEGENDS ‼️
Last weekend saw 6 of our members take on the Spartan Chamber Hyrox doubles event. Full gas for over an hour… and seriously impressive times from all.

Their training programme: a combination of Team Games, Bombers Blueprint and a running programme.

We’re so proud of you all, huge well done teams.

💥 Member Sophie pictured crossing the finish line of the Edinburgh Marathon at the weekend!! 💥

As with any challenge of this magnitude, Sophie adapted her training as her running intensity increased. Sophie leaned on the Strength For Runners classes held by on Thursday evenings.

Nikki’s running expertise paired with her physio knowledge provides the perfect training environment for runners.

One of the very first Bombers members celebrated her 🥳

Plus, two members and celebrated huge check in Milestones (250 & 500!)

Celebrated the only right way with cake 🤟🏼.

This Valentine’s Day:

• Get a partner that looks at wall balls like max does…
• A partner that is forced to run on their farmers carry rest and still be stoked
• A partner that takes one (or ten) for the team in workouts

We are very stoked to announce we are now sponsoring the Modbury Rovers Under 10's Football Team. Looking every bit the part in their new printed kit.
They play regularly and you can go and support them playing at home at the Modbury Rec.
