July 19th update

We would just like to inform you of how we intend to proceed in store with the easing of restrictions on Monday.

The current uncertainty and rise of Covid-19 in the area and the country as a whole means that we are going to continue to be as responsible as possible for the safety of our customers and our staff.

* Staff members will continue to wear face coverings and we ask that you also please continue to wear them within the shop. It may not now be law but we come into contact with hundreds of people a day and just one case can mean the closure of our business for 10 days alongside the possible health implications.

* Clients coming for treatment upstairs are asked to wear a face covering when heading upstairs and in our waiting room, once in for treatment that is at yours & your therapists discretion.

* Usual hand sanitising on entry and exit is still advised

* Please respect other people’s space, many are still (rightly) anxious especially with restrictions easing.

We really appreciate your continued custom and hope that you understand our desire to keep our staff & customers feeling safe in our premises

We will be remaining open during this 3rd Lockdown.

Due to the new restrictions and to maintain Covid safe conditions will will be implementing a one person per household in store policy unless with small children or with a career.
We can take telephone orders for people who are shielding for safe collection or delivery (if no one can collect for you.

Please phone to check on therapy appointments as depending on classification some may not be permitted to go ahead.

Chiropractic care has been deemed an essential medical service, so the clinic will remain open during this upcoming lockdown period. There may be some alterations to the diary to allow for any further changes advised by governing bodies, but I shall keep you all as up to date as I can.

As I am now on maternity leave, Tom is stepping in to look after you all at Nature's Larder on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our clinic cleaning procedures remain stringent, and we are following safety guidelines from both the chiropractic governing bodies and the UK government.

We would ask, please, that you continue to observe distancing guidelines in the clinic and shop spaces, and that you wear your face covering at all times. Hand sanitiser is readily available for your use throughout the shop and clinic areas.
