HR is a huge element of our roles at StanleySmith, as we work to ensure that all care teams are supported in their roles with our clients.

Recently, we have seen some important updates within our HR team, and we thought it important to share! Our dedicated and experienced HR team work to ensure maximum compliance and support is provided for client care teams.

⚪️We introduced our new Sexual Harassment policy and training

⚪️We proudly saw the completion of our project to review current HR policies, followed by the introduction of new policies.

⚪️The introduction of new checklists to ensure all processes are robust in the recruitment and off-boarding of employed care teams.

We continue to update our processes and initiate important changes that support our care teams and benefit the clients we work with also!

We love receiving lovely feedback from our clients as it's a reminder of the impact that our teams have on their lives 🥰

Will is joining us as a Case Manager with broad experience as a physiotherapist and specialist skills in lumbar spine and lower limb pathology. Will is confident in the management of complex orthopaedic and trauma-based injuries, using his clinical background to steer positive rehabilitation!
