When I was introduced to Lysa and the Herbalife products I had no idea the difference it would make to my life. I had been diagnosed with a long term condition and being unable to exercise, I was comfort eating and gaining weight. Since I started on the Herbalife products I have been able to loose weight consistently. I’m astounded at the difference in my mind set about food and nutrition. I feel like I’ve had a complete body reset and it was just what I needed. I’m not getting cravings or shaky episodes, and I’ve even enjoyed cooking from scratch and meal prepping.

It’s a super easy plan to follow, I’m doing everything online with my amazing coach, Lysa, weighing myself weekly along with my online check in, and I’m part of a really supportive online group.

None of this would be possible without Lysa’s support and guidance throughout, and all done online via messenger and FaceTime from the comfort of our homes

To cut a long story short, since last xmas, depression, lack of sleep, and like a lot of people i have been poorly, with virus after virus!!!
Thankfully I was well stocked up with my Herbalife Products which kept me on track.
Hopefully i am now on the mend..
Going forward I have the support of Lysa Orr, my Wellness Coach and rock, family, friends and our herbalife family, the tools, a plan, and the stairs as my exercise tool for the moment.
