🦠- COVID -19 UPDATE - 🦠

We are OPEN!

As from Thursday we are heading into lockdown 2.0!!!

The Prime Minister has stated that non COVID health services will continue to run during lock down. The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, have advised that all members including those in the private sector should continue to run physiotherapy services.

We will continue to follow public health rules relating to PPE and social distancing to keep you and our physios safe.

Great feedback from sports massage with Will Hickey...
Thanks to Will for the massage. For the past few days and on arrival at my appointment my right shoulder, neck and lower back were very uncomfortable with a fair bit of pain in areas; the massage by Will was done with consideration while trying to find the main issues and with just the right amount of pressure and manipulation on my muscles and joints I could feel the pains reducing and movement returning which was a relief. It is now five hours later and I have a pain free shoulder and neck and the back is much better. Will was very professional and kept me engaged with the process, thus I felt at ease throughout and believed that I have benefited from the session. Many thanks, kind regards Dave Reynolds
