This Tuesday, we journey through the enchantment of Beltane – with fairy folk, pretty Hawthorn blossoms, and the firelight of gorse in celebration of the rising sun.

Meditation offers so many benefits – from reducing anxiety, stress, and blood pressure to improving sleep, focus, mood, and emotional balance. It’s a gentle way to support your whole well-being.
